You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Not upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your video content to create AI avatars
• Store and backup your content securely
• Use your content solely for providing our services to you
• Create derivative works (avatars) based on your content

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that our service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with or without notice.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be immediately suspended
• We will delete your content within 30 days unless legally required to retain it
• All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
